Saffron Recruitment in 2018 - A year to remember

Wow, what a year. I'd personally like to thank all of our candidates and clients who we have continued to build great relationships with.
It's been a year of growth personally and financially for all of us and we are really well placed to continue to deliver our unique brand of recruitment to our clients. We continue to strive for recruitment excellence in a market that welcomes our approach to recruitment.

We’ve seen the larger companies move towards much more automated recruitment processes using tools like A.I. to screen candidates in our out based on algorithms. The actual feedback from our candidates around this is pretty scathing as they feel they, or even their CV, are not getting in front of a human and whilst these automated processes might work at company's employing hundreds’ or thousands’ of employees a year it’s not one I see Saffron Recruitment utilising anytime soon.
I still believe people enjoy the personal approach we use in our recruitment process which is more aligned to the company ethos of high customer service.
During the year we moved in to the transport and logistics markets, consolidated our position as leaders in the education, property & construction and sales and marketing spaces and we have some bold plans for 2019. Watch this space!
I'm looking forward to working with all of you next year, bringing our service levels to new highs.
